Humpback whales season is back!

Humpback whales are incredible creatures that undertake one of the largest migratory journeys of any mammal on earth! Food and reproduction are the main reasons whales migrate, and fortunately, because they migrate in such a cyclical pattern, it makes it relatively easy to view them off the east coast of Australia and in Moreton Bay.

This migration occurs from May to November with the Whales making the trip North for warmer waters to give birth to their young during the colder months before returning south, with offspring at their side, to feed plentifully on krill during the warmer months.

Our Stradbroke Island Day Tour is a great opportunity to spot these majestic creatures migrating! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity you do not want to miss!
